Women in Industry Sponsorship Opportunities

The much-anticipated 4th Annual SETX Women in Industry Week will be held March 24 – 28, 2025. Female leaders from the Southeast Texas industrial community will unite with the goal of mentoring young ladies in schools across the region who have shown an interest in STEM-related careers. There will be a variety of exciting events throughout the week that connect students with female executives in a broad range of careers and specialties. The mission of SETX Women in Industry Week is to showcase the many career opportunities that exist within industry.

SETX Women in Industry, a 501 c-3 organization, will coordinate the week-long initiative that includes 20+ events meant to inspire and encourage female students to pursue careers in STEM. Proceeds will fund scholarships for female students going into the industrial workforce, with the sponsor playing a key role in the allocation of those funds.

Spindletop Level – $15,000 (3 available)
  • $5,000 scholarship presented to a female student
  • Eight (8) tickets with premiere seating to the SETX Women in Industry Networking Luncheon (100+ female Industry professionals and 100+ local students)
  • Opportunity to provide remarks at the luncheon and the scholarship banquet.
  • Two (2) subject matter experts (SME) to represent your company during the Networking Luncheon
  • Remarks at Women in Industry Media Party and Mixer
  • 20-second video shared on SETX Women in Industry social media channels – provided
